72% Extra dark chocolate flakes | Peru

Our single-origin 72% Extra dark chocolate is made with cocoa beans from San Martín - Peru's first region dedicated to cacao production. It won a 2021 Great Taste Award, with judges saying: "The balance of flavours is well judged between bitter, acidic, sweet and fruity notes."

Each tube makes around eight cups of hot chocolate.

A deep flavour that’s balanced with fruity notes, and hints of banana, caramel and cashew.

Extra dark chocolate flakes

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin). Contains minimum 72% cocoa solids.
May contain: milk, oats, peanuts and tree nuts.
