Apple & Blackberry Cordial

An autumnal cordial made from apples and blackberries grown by our friends at Flourish Farm in Cambridgeshire. Slowly macerated and finished with a splash of cider vinegar, it’s rich, mellow, and perfect with bubbles or in a cosy cocktail.
