Preparation:

1. Pour 70 ml of water in a saucepan.
2. Pour 70 ml of milk (or your favourite vegetable drink) into a separate pot, add half of the milk to the water and heat on the stove until boiling.
3. Once boiling, remove the pot from the heat and add the other half of the milk.
4. Add 4 tablespoons (20 g) of the Bett'r mashed potato mixture to the hot liquid.
5. If desired, add 1 tsp of your preferred fat and a pinch of salt.
6. Wait 1 minute and stir the puree vigorously with a whisk.

Mixture is for 8 servings.
