British 'Ben Tirran' Blackcurrant Preserve

Made using British blackcurrants, this Ben Tirran Blackcurrant Preserve is bursting with a rich and tarty fruitiness. Made with much more fruit and less sugar than a traditional jam. This one is perfect dolloped onto porridge.
