Dark Chocolate Raspberry Bar

This tantalizing bar is made using a blend of Dominican and Ecuadorian cacao beans, providing a rich balance of chocolate, nuts and floral dried fruits flavors.  The added freeze-dried raspberries ignites a final burst of tart raspberry.
