Maple Syrup Duo

Sirop is a small-batch producer capturing the fleeting spring maple harvest with precision and care. This duo brings together two expressions of their craft: Amber Maple Syrup, harvested in early March for a rich, balanced flavour with notes of caramel, toffee and honeycomb, and Dark Maple Syrup, tapped later in the season for a deep, robust character with hints of coffee, cacao and hazelnut. Pour over pancakes or waffles, swirl into cocktails or fold into bakes for a refined touch.
