Original Dark Sipping Chocolate

Our 9 oz. Original Dark Sipping Chocolate features the same blend of (55%) dark chocolate used at The Hot Chocolatier for many of the signature drinks on the hot chocolate menu. Unlike a powder mix, our Sipping Chocolate is ground bits of chocolate that easily melts into milk (or heavy cream) as it is heated & blended together in a small sauce pan. The Original Dark Sipping Chocolate can be used to prepare a rich & decadent European-style Sipping Chocolate by substituting milk with a smaller amount of heavy cream. This is definitely not the type of mix to be used with water. You'll never want the powder that comes in a packet again! The serving size is approximately 3 servings, depending on the ratio of Sipping Chocolate to milk (or heavy cream) you use as you prepare it on your stove-top.
As you may have noticed, we've moved over from a cardboard tube container to a sealed zip-lock style package for our sipping chocolates! Same great taste in an updated package!
