Le thé Oolong (prononcé wulong) est appelé thé bleu ou bleu-vert. C'est un thé semi-fermenté de Chine. Le goût du thé dépend du degré d'oxydation.
Le lait Oolong est aromatisé au lait, il a donc un arôme crémeux-laiteux, une structure veloutée de l'infusion et un goût sucré. Une excellente introduction à l'aventure avec les thés oolong.
